WEDDING DESIGN


Welcome to Paige’s Petals, where your floral luxuries are finally at ease. We offer full service floral and design for the couple seeking a higher quality experience than a typical florist. We work alongside you and your hired wedding planner to ensure we provide a one-of-a-kind event with cohesive designs and a flawless execution.

OUR PROCESS TO SECURE US AS YOUR FLORAL DESIGNER 

1. Inquiring 
We would love to hear about your wedding or event through our online inquiry form, found here! We will reach out shortly with any follow up questions we may have as we prepare an initial custom proposal to help you feel confident moving forward with us as your floral design team!
 
2. Booking 
Once you have approved the custom proposal we have thoughtfully designed for you, we require a signed contract and a 20% retainer to reserve your date in our calendar.
 
3. Planning
We offer a free initial consultation virtually or in person if you would like to discuss your vision or designs more in depth with us! Once you are booked, we allow adjustments to be made along the way and follow up design meetings can be scheduled as needed. 
 
4. Final Planning Stages
Throughout the planning process, we will have an open line of communication at all times. Around one month prior to your wedding we will schedule a final meeting either virtually or in person to discuss all the final details and make sure we are all on the same page with the designs contracted. All services and timelines must be finalized at this time.
 
5. Wedding Day
Our floral team will arrive on site at the contracted time to begin the design process and floral setup. We provide our services from early setup to end of the night tear down to ensure your event flows seamlessly to perfection.

 

THE INVESTMENT 

We ask that all of the couples we are working with have a hired event planner and a minimum floral budget of $4,000. 

Our Packages and Pricing Guideline

Our Most Requested Package: This highly requested package is for the couple looking for a full service floral experience - including personal flowers, one ceremony installation, aisle flowers, lush head/kings table, and guest table designs with candles for an average of 120-150 guests. This package will often allow additions of bar arrangements, signage flowers, cocktail flowers, and cake flowers. This includes full service setup, design, room flip/moving of florals, and end of the night tear down.

We recommend a budget of $10,000-$20,000 for this option

 

Our Classic Package: For our couples looking for a simple classic wedding - including personal flowers, minimal ceremony embellishments, guest table designs for an average of 50-120 guests, and small reception area florals. This option includes setup and tear down (if there are rentals being used), but does not include the room flip/moving of florals.

We recommend a budget of $4,000-$10,000


Our Custom Package: 
This package is recommended for the couple looking for a fully customized wedding experience. If you are working with a blank canvas or needing to transform a space, wanting large ceiling installations, elaborate ceremony or reception setups, needing multiple locations designed, outside of Kansas City, or have a guest count exceeding 200. This will require more design meetings/time and expertise. As well as a large, highly skilled team of installers and designers to execute the vision. 

We recommend a starting budget of $20,000+

 

**We only accept 15-20 weddings per year to allow us ample time to design with perfection and give each wedding/event the time it deserves. We accept weddings on a first come first serve basis as they align with our vision and availability.
